MyMoneyLeak provides software tools that analyze user-uploaded financial data (CSV format) to identify patterns, subscriptions, duplicate charges, and potential financial leaks. We provide software-based analysis only — not certified financial, legal, or accounting advice. Any projections or insights are informational and should not be relied upon as professional financial guidance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use MyMoneyLeak. By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. MyMoneyLeak reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use MyMoneyLeak only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Premium features require a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final.
All content, features, branding, algorithms, and technology on MyMoneyLeak are the exclusive property of MyMoneyLeak and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of any data you upload — we claim no ownership over your financial data.
MyMoneyLeak is not a licensed financial advisor, bank, or accounting firm. The projections, insights, and data provided by our software are intended for informational purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyMoneyLeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on our analysis.
MyMoneyLeak is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of MyMoneyLeak shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration before being escalated to formal legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MyMoneyLeak after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
