Terms of Service

By accessing or using MyMoneyLeak, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

1. Description of Service

MyMoneyLeak provides software tools that review user-uploaded financial data in supported CSV and PDF formats to identify patterns, recurring payments, possible duplicate charges, possible fees, and spending changes. We provide software-based analysis only, not certified financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Any projections or insights are informational and should not be relied upon as professional guidance.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use MyMoneyLeak. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyMoneyLeak only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Upload data that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, bypass, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to MyMoneyLeak without written permission.
• Upload malicious files, scripts, or code.

A violation may result in the restriction, suspension, or termination of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features may require a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. By providing payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel through your account settings. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The MyMoneyLeak service, branding, software, interfaces, and original content are owned by MyMoneyLeak or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the data you upload.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyMoneyLeak is not a bank, licensed financial adviser, accounting firm, or law firm. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyMoneyLeak and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for financial decisions made based on information produced by the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or completely accurate. Transaction classifications and other outputs should be reviewed by the user before action is taken.

8. Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

The governing law, courts, dispute process, and any arbitration terms must be stated here based on the legal entity that operates MyMoneyLeak and the jurisdictions in which the service is offered. This section should be completed by qualified legal counsel before publication.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date shown above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by law.
