All Sales Are Final

Because our service provides immediate access to proprietary AI analysis and instantly unlocks your complete financial data report, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind. All purchases, including monthly and yearly premium subscriptions, are strictly non-refundable.

Digital Consumption Policy: Accessing the Premium Unlocked Dashboard constitutes a full consumption of our digital service. Because the value of Leak Engine lies in the proprietary identification of merchant names and leak sources, all rights to a refund are waived the moment the Premium data is revealed to you.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to Leak Engine Premium until your current paid period expires. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Technical Exceptions

While our policy is strictly no-refund to protect our proprietary data, we value our customers. We will consider refund requests only under the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate Billing: You were accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
• Service Failure: A technical server-side error prevented our Engine from generating your report entirely, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 3 business days.

ALL EXCEPTION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CHARGE.
