7-Day Refund Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with MyMoneyLeak Premium, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not yet generated your Premium analysis report. Just email us at support@mymoneyleak.com with your order details and we'll process it promptly — no long forms, no hassle.

Once Your Report Is Generated

MyMoneyLeak's core value is the Premium analysis — instantly scanning your statement to surface ghost subscriptions, duplicate charges, spending spikes, and hidden fees. Once you generate this report, the service has been delivered in full, and the purchase becomes final and non-refundable. We display a clear confirmation before unlocking your report so there's no surprise.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you'll retain access to Premium until that period expires. We don't provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

Billing Errors & Technical Issues

We'll always make things right if something goes wrong on our end. This includes:

  • Duplicate Billing: You were accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
  • Service Failure: A server-side error prevented our Engine from generating your report, and our support team couldn't resolve it within 3 business days.

Please reach out within 30 days of the charge and we'll sort it out quickly.
