At MyMoneyLeak, we take your financial privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our CSV analysis tools.
When you upload a CSV file to MyMoneyLeak, the data is processed strictly for the purpose of identifying financial leaks, duplicate charges, and hidden fees. We do not sell, rent, or share your transaction data with any third-party advertisers or data brokers. We collect your email address when you register an account, used solely for account management and support communication.
Your uploaded CSV transaction data is processed in-session and is not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to generate your report. Account data such as your email address is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request full deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
We may use cookies and third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how users interact with our platform. These tools collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, and device type. No financial transaction data is ever shared with analytics providers. You may disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
We use Lemon Squeezy (Powered by Stripe) as our secure payment gateway. We do not store your credit card numbers or raw billing details on our servers. All transactions are securely processed directly through Lemon Squeezy's encrypted infrastructure. Please refer to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.
MyMoneyLeak does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only where required by law or with service providers strictly necessary to operate our platform (such as payment processors and hosting providers), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to restrict processing. If you are a California resident, you have rights under CCPA including the right to know what data we collect and the right to opt out of data sales (we do not sell data). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mymoneyleak.com.
MyMoneyLeak is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure infrastructure hosting, and strict access controls. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MyMoneyLeak after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
